Our newsletters are meant to be short and sweet, and feature promotions like our Luxury Events, new products and brands, hot offers, and a seasonal product video or tutorial. Our social media presence aims to be fun, playful and inclusive, while offering tips and tricks on makeup and skin care, and highlighting current beauty trends while being seasonally relevant.

My goal for LDBeauty instagram is to provide content that offers value. This is achieved through graphics that communicate beauty and skin care tips and tutorials, guides on skin care ingredients, beauty trends, and even surprising followers with unique and new brands they might not have known they could find at London Drugs.

Brand Launches - Instagram Video
The purpose of these content pieces was to get our audience excited about our upcoming Florence by Mills London Drugs launch. Content included a teaser on Instagram stories, a static post communicating the upcoming launch, and an Instagram reel showing a closer look at some of the products we would be carrying. The static post ended up being reposted by Florence by Mills creator, Millie Bobby Brown, who has over 58 million followers. Our static post had almost 25,000, impressions compared to our usual average of 1,000!
